Our Sensory Farm is the perfect outdoor venue for your next birthday party or event!
WE WILL REOPEN FOR SEASON 4 ON 2.29.24! SEE YOU THEN! Situated on three beautiful acres in southern Chesapeake, Virginia, Our Sensory Farm offers animal encounters, nature trails, a playground, swings, sensory stations, games, art, music, and so much more!
Our unique outdoor areas and natural rural setting create the perfect atmosphere for your special birthday party, retirement celebration, baby shower, or simple gathering of family and friends. The best part is that you will have the entire farm all to yourselves!
By booking a private party, you help contribute to our mission of making a difference in the lives of others with all abilities. We are creating a safe, inclusive setting where our guests are encouraged to be their true, authentic selves while connecting with nature and their neighbors.
PRIVATE PARTY INFORMATION
What to Expect:
Guests will be invited to explore our 3 acre mini working farm and adventure forest! A trained guide will be on hand to provide interactive tours, facilitate meet and greets with the animals, and engage in creative, age/ability appropriate activities with our guests! Our goal is to offer a variety of experiences to ensure everyone makes a fun connection and a fond memory.
During your private party, guests will:

Take a guided tour of the farm

Feed hay to the goats

Watch the tortoises in their pool

Engage with the free-range chickens

Give Mr. Piggy a snack

Enjoy our playground, swings, and playhouse

How To Book A Private Party:

Complete and submit the Private Party Interest Form.

We will contact you to discuss planning details and confirm available dates/times.

A refundable deposit of $125 is due upon booking.

You will receive a personalized party packet with all the information and details to share with your guests.

We will contact you one week prior to your event to finalize the details and collect any remaining balance.

Inclement Weather Cancellation Policy:
Our Sensory Farm will closely monitor the weather leading up to all scheduled Private Parties and Events. If there is a concern regarding inclement weather, the party/event host will be notified via text/phone/email no less than 48 hours prior to the event. Our Sensory Farm will offer to reschedule the party/event within four weeks of the originally scheduled time or the host may request a full refund, including the deposit.
